The 76XXX Prince Date+Day series was introduced in the 1990s as an update to the 94XXX line and continued Tudor’s then-philosophy of providing pared down Rolex alternatives. This watch, of course, bears a striking resemblance to the Rolex Day Date, but in a much more affordable package with a stainless steel case and a workhorse ETA movement. When Tudor discontinued in certain markets, the Prince Date+Day became exclusively available from ADs in the East. Pre-owned examples slowly filtered into the West, but remain largely scarce here, especially variants like this one with its vibrant blue dial (think Yves Kein blue).
